It is mandatory to check in 15 minutes before the start of the tour at the Audi Forum Ingolstadt’s factory tour reception. If you are running late, please call: 0800 283 4444. It will otherwise not be possible to delay the start of the tour.
The Audi Forum Ingolstadt reserves the right to adjust tours and other products to the circumstances for production-related reasons.
Please print your ticket and bring it with you, or show it on your mobile phone. If you select a discounted ticket, please provide corresponding proof of your status.
The ticket is for visiting on a specific day only and cannot be transferred to another day. If you do not visit the Audi Forum on the day you booked, the ticket loses its validity. It is not permitted to take mobile phones, smart devices or similar items on the tour. Free lockers are available at the factory.
Dogs are not allowed on the tour.
