Experience the entire production process of an Audi up close.

A short bus journey will take you to the most modern body shop in Audi’s Ingolstadt factory, where you will experience how our amazing Audi bodies are made from lots of individual metal parts. You’ll see how our robots work together perfectly in a highly efficient factory with innovative technologies and the most modern machines.

After about 40 minutes, your walking tour of the body shop will end and you will be taken to the press shop, where our experienced tour guides will show you how sheet metal parts are formed by our amazing press tools.

You'll be able to feel the huge force of our machines right next to you. You’ll then continue to final assembly to see how we ensure that thousands of parts are always fitted in the correct Audi – precisely timed to the second as if by magic.

You’ll be a guest at the “marriage”, which is the moment when the body and the drive train are joined together to make a brand new Audi. At the end of the tour, you’ll witness the car’s first start and see it move under its own power for the first time.

The tour ends after about 120 minutes back at the Audi Forum Ingolstadt.
